Private event opportunities

The Endangered Wolf Center is proud to offer opportunities for families, groups and businesses to hold private day or evening events at the Center.

Private events are available Wednesday-Sunday, depending on the type of event.  Please call the Center at 636-938-5900 for details.

 

Private Wine & Cheese Wolf Howls

We offer private Wine and Cheese Wolf Howls on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings. This special event is ideal for client or employee appreciation, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations and engagement parties. This event can be arranged for any private group up to 40 people at just $22 a person. A minimum of 25 people or a $550 booking fee is required .Guests must be at least 21 years old to attend. Private Campfire Howls

We offer private Campfire Wolf Howls on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings.  This special event is ideal for youth groups, scout troops, school groups, client or employee appreciation, birthday parties and anniversary celebrations.  This event can be arranged for any private group up to 75 people at just $15 per adult and $12 per child (ages 4-14). A minimum of $450 booking fee is required. Please contact the Center at 636-938-5900for more details and to discuss available dates.

 

Private Specialty Howls for Adults

We offer private specialty howls for adults on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings. Choose from an assortment of specialty howls, such as a Beer & Bratwurst howl, a Margaritas and Mexican Gray Wolf Howl, or a Wine & Chocolate Howl.  You can also make up your own specialty howl theme.  This special event is ideal for client or employee appreciation, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations and engagement parties. These events can be arranged for any private group up to 40 people.  Prices vary by theme and a minimum $550 booking fee is required. Guests must be at least 21 years old. Proper identification may be requested. Please contact the Center at 636-938-5900 for more details and to discuss available dates and pricing.

 

Daytime Private Events

Our daytime private events are perfect for birthday parties, showers, employee appreciation and family reunions.  Each private event includes a private party area, your very own docent host and a private tour of the animal enclosures.  These events can be arranged for any private group up to 100 people.  The rental fee is $100 and the program cost is $8 per person.  Please contact the Center at 636-938-5900 for more details and to discuss available dates.

 

To Make Reservations and Cancellation Policies

Please allow at least 14 days’ notice when scheduling a private event.

Payment must be made in full at the time you make your reservation. As soon as we receive your reservation and payment, a confirmation letter or email will be sent to you.

When making reservations for a group, please ensure that everyone in your party is aware of the program procedures and directions to the Center.

Due to the popularity of our programs we do not offer refunds.  You may be able to reschedule your program and should contact the Center for details.  Programs are held rain or shine but may be canceled by the Center because of severe weather or animal emergencies.  A full refund will be given if the Center decides to cancel a program.
