On Saturday, June 25, the Endangered Wolf Center closed its doors to the general public so that it could honor its loyal members. Members’ Day 2016 included THREE events, which were based on membership level. If you aren’t already a member, sign up now and ensure that you’ll be in on the fun in 2017! Call 636-938-9306 for information on membership.
Because of the extreme heat this past Members’ Day, we’re planning on moving it back into the fall in 2017, to Saturday, Nov. 11.
Here’s a link to becoming a member:
Dine with the Keepers
The first event is from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Members at the Wolf Guardian level ($500) or higher enjoy an outdoor dining experience provided by Brio Tuscan Grille with our Animal Care staff. If you would like to upgrade your existing membership to the Wolf Guardian level to participate in this activity, please call 636-938-9306.
The second part of Members’ Day lasts from 1 to 4 p.m. All members are invited to enjoy a fall day participating in special activities while viewing some of the world’s most endangered animals.
Campfire Wolf Howl
The third segment of Members’ Day starts at 7 p.m. Relax around a cozy campfire, listen to stories that portray wolves in a positive light, and participate in our famous “wolf howl.” First-come, first-served basis and for members only. Additional campfire opportunities are available by contacting our Education Department.
If you aren’t already a member, sign up now and ensure that you’ll be in on the fun! There will be lots of activities for kids and interesting things to see. Meet our keepers, tour the enclosures and learn more about the endangered species we serve. Admission is FREE and is an exclusive event for members only. We’d love to see you!
